K8T has developed software to aid with the understanding of energy use through modelling and monitoring. Through the development of software to better visualise and understand the performance gap between what has been designed to what is being use.

SPECIALISED SOFTWARE

The K8TMon energy management software was developed 6 years ago and has been key to optimising building performance.

K8T has also developed the datacentre infrastructure and management (DCiM) software tool called K8TRAM which allows management and analysis of datacentres providing high level of consultancy to Deloitte Touche DCarbon8, BT, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, and Standard Bank of South Africa, African Bank, Tsystems etc..
