WEST QUAY

WIND ANALYSIS

West Quay is a major mixed used development in Poole that will regenerate the former industrial units next to the Twin Sails Bridge. There are a mix of buildings that range from five to ten storeys that accommodate a range of two and three bedroom apartments as well as commercial space. Around the site there are a a variety of soft landscaping features as well as a central square that provides high quality amenity spaces.
